Are you passionate about coordinating critical maintenance tasks in the aviation industry? Our client, a trusted leader with over 35 years of experience in the North American business aviation market, is seeking a talented and experienced Coordinator, Heavy Maintenance. This is an exciting role for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to ensure the safety and efficiency of aircraft operations. You will play a key role in managing major inspections, contributing to a company that values safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Coordinate major inspections on aircraft with precision and efficiency. Actively participate in meetings related to assigned major inspections. Coordinate all requirements related to materials, parts, tooling, and outside services for inspections. Identify and track project milestones alongside the Project Manager. Engage in problem-solving and solution-finding for inspection-related challenges. Complete and maintain all relevant technical documentation. Review work packs, billing groups, and invoices for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all technical documentation and log releases are accurately maintained. Execute other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Minimum of five years of experience in aircraft maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs. Strong understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs). Proven experience in planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities. Strong customer service abilities.
