We are based in the Vaudreuil-Dorion area and usually take on projects within a 20-30km radius.Role DescriptionThis is a permanent full-time on-site position for a Construction Worker with proven experience in all aspects of residential construction. The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for a wide array of construction tasks such as:demolition (stripping floors/walls/ceilings without damaging the underlying structure, breaking through cement). framing (all types of structural repairs & structural modifications). services (encasing/securing electrical, plumbing & ventilation components).interior finish (waterproofing, insulating, drywalling, plastering, baseboards & trim, painting, flooring, tiling, etc.).exterior finish (light cement & masonry work, siding, roofing, installing windows & doors). Key QualificationsIn order to qualify for this position, candidates must demonstrate the following qualities:Physical strength and stamina for manual laborKnowledge of construction tools and equipmentAbility to follow instructions and safety guidelinesAttention to detail and accuracyTeam player with good communication skills
