About the Role

Our client needs a Regional Store Manager to oversee several locations in Southwest Ontario. This role is all about supporting store teams, boosting sales, and ensuring smooth operations. Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll be the key contact for everything from customer experience to financial performance.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the Team: Inspire and support store teams, creating a great work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Boosting Sales & Customer Experience: Monitor sales, help store managers enhance customer relationships, and ensure staff is well-trained on products and services.
  • Managing Operations: Keep daily operations running smoothly, oversee financial performance, manage inventory, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
  • Growing the Business: Join leadership meetings, provide insights on how to improve regional performance, and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.


What We’re Looking For: (Must have)

  • Experience managing multiple cannabis retail locations or leading large teams.
  • A strong background in cannabis sales , customer service, and operations.
  • A passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and maintain a positive team culture.
