SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant for a 3-year hybrid contract role in Toronto.10+ years’ experience in the practical application of change management methods and strategy combined with a solid understanding of how people go through change and the overall change process.8+ years with facilitation and coaching with strong communication skills, combined with conflict resolution, specifically with the senior and executive level communication Ability to stay calm under pressure, and negotiate and influence within a collaborative framework Ability to establish, build and maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders for the purpose of meeting corporate objectives Solid experience in change related practices e.g., communications planning and delivery, training design and facilitation, and change champion network management Self-directed, and confident in ability to lead a complex organizational change management project.Team player with the ability to work with and through others.Sound judgment; excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, active listening, oral and written communication skills.Must have, or rapidly acquire, a comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders including disability accommodation and accessibility requirements pertaining to passengers and employees. Formal education/training: University Degree/College Diploma in Business Administration.PROSCI or equivalent certificate program in Change Management.
