The Sales and Rental Associate is a vital customer-facing role requiring two years in customer service or direct sales. You will share product knowledge, resolve customer issues, and identify sales opportunities. Your responsibility extends to driving in-store merchandising and ensuring rental processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Match customer needs with rental products and solutions
• Drive revenue through consistent sales opportunities
• Maintain inventory control documents diligently
• Support safety procedures and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• 2 years of customer service or direct sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid G Class (ON)/Class 5 (AB) Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
