Job Description AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Water & Wastewater Conveyance team in Burnaby, BC, at the heart of Metro Vancouver. What You'll Do Lead the charge on complex and once in a generation projects that cements your career. Manage multimillion-dollar water and wastewater conveyance projects that protect communities and the environment. Be the connector—collaborate with municipalities, regulators, and multidisciplinary teams to bring big ideas to life. Own the vision—guide projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence and sustainable outcomes. Champion innovation—introduce creative solutions that make infrastructure smarter, greener, and more resilient. Mentor and inspire—support junior engineers and project staff, building a culture of collaboration and growth. Stay ahead of the curve—anticipate challenges, manage risks, and keep multimillion-dollar budgets and schedules on track. Qualifications Minimum Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in civil engineering + 12 years of relevant experience in civil or municipal engineering Experience in planning, design, construction inspection, and contract administration for municipal water/wastewater related projects P.Eng with EGBC or the ability to obtain registration within 18 months Preferred Qualifications:  15+ years leading design and project management for water/wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure Strong experience in proposal writing and job scoping Familiarity with BIM, CAD, and hydraulic modelling platforms Contract Administration certification (MMCD, CCDC, etc.) Excellent technical writing skills and strong attention to detail Proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment Additional Information About AECOM  AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
