In this position, you will leverage our selling model to influence customer interactions with personalized product recommendations. Work alongside management to achieve sales goals while executing print production. You will also ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and maintain a well-organized print area for optimal customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Operate the Point of Sale system for all transactions
• Process customer orders and manage print requests
• Keep print area stocked with necessary supplies
• Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards
Requirements:
• Retail experience ranging from 3 months to 1 year
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
• Knowledge of retail and print services
• Proactive approach to addressing customer needs
