We are winning. Nicotine pouches are one of the fastest growing consumer categories in the US and we are the #1 independent brand in it, competing against companies a hundred times our size and taking share.
Interesting problems. Multi entity, cross border, partner manufacturing, excise tax, distributor and retail channels, a UK launch, and international royalty income. If you want to broaden past a narrow lane, there is more here than most companies our size can offer.
Be prepared for what this is. We move fast, the process is unfinished, and priorities shift. Some weeks will be messy. If you want a clean, mature finance function, this is not it. If you want to build one and have real impact, it is a good seat.

Visiting 12 to 15 retail locations per day, five days per week, within your assigned territory (can vary)
