The Vice President, Sales works closely with the Executive Team to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy. They are a results-driven sales leader with a passion for driving revenue growth. They bring sharp attention to detail and thrive in fast paced, high growth environments that require adaptability and frequent travel. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the wholesale/ retail landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance in a B2B environment. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Build and manage a high-performing sales team that consistently achieves revenue & profitability targets. Lead a team of professional sales executives to establish greater reach, promote and extend the company brand and act as ambassadors that showcase the most innovative products in the category. Set sales quotas and goals for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded. Forecast future demand and develop company sales targets with a high level of accuracy.
