Job Summary:
Reporting to Manager of Operations, the Guest Experience Associate’s primary objective is to welcome, assist and advise customers on the cycle of thermotherapy & the benefits, services and activities of Thermea Spa Village and, more broadly, promotes tourism of the region. The Associate will be held to standards of customer service excellence in order to deliver our distinct service product while acting as an ambassador to our customers and handling, in a courteous, quick and efficient manner, various transactions while ensuring the upkeep of the premises.
