As an Assistant General Manager, you are second in command of a successful business. Working with your Restaurant General Manager, you grow the business by making every customer feel special. And when you do, you get rewarded in a big way. This is a transition position where you prepare to become a Restaurant General Manager.

Position Description
Provide a top-notch guest experience
Prepare our world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards
Serve beverages, cook fresh and frozen product according to specifications
Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure one hundred percent customer satisfaction
Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork
Manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and compliance
Maintain and order inventory and supplies
Train and develop Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence
Address in-store issues and communicate plans to the team
Ensure all staff are following health, safety and security codes
