As a key leader, you will implement the My Toyota platform, oversee training, and ensure customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing the My Insights program, directing a team of experts, and reporting on critical fleet metrics. You will also handle customer reporting while staying current on industry trends to enhance Liftow's service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead My Toyota platform implementation and training
• Manage the My Insights Subject Matter Expert team
• Generate fleet performance reports and analyze data
• Train sales teams on pedestrian detection technology
• Collaborate with departments for data integrity
Requirements:
• College education or 1-3 years in a similar role
• Excellent communication in English and French
• Strong technical understanding of material handling equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
• Ability to manage data and reporting efficiently
