Your role:

Client solicitation and sales (Developing new client relationships)
Appropriately documenting all client interactions
Contributing to client satisfaction and retention
Providing basic client assistance
Advising/recommending current and potential clients based on their needs
Introducing new products
Issuing credits when applicable
Occasionally attending agricultural fairs or other promotional activities
Providing regular sales activity reports to management

What is required : 
- Significant experience in the agricultural or sales sector.
- A higher education degree in agriculture or sales (an asset).
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Computer knowledge, experience with customer relationship management programs and ability to learn new software.
- Writing skills
- Self-control
- Listening / empathy.
- Rigour and organisation.
- Charisma and leadership skills.
- Ability to negotiate and work under pressure;
- Strong customer service and organizational skills;
