Position Summary
We are looking for a Property Project Manager to play a key role in planning and coordinating renovation work in the buildings under his/her responsibility.

Main Responsibilities
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Plan and define the scope of work, budget, and timeline.
- Manage the bidding process for professionals and contractors.
- Supervise and monitor the preparation of plans and specifications.
- Identify potential suppliers and contractors, evaluate proposed concepts, negotiate, and award contracts.
