Managing commercial roofing projects from planning to completion · Coordinating schedules, labour, materials, and subcontractors · Monitoring project progress, quality, safety, and budget impacts · Communicating with clients, consultants, vendors, and field teams · Conducting site visits, inspections, and progress assessments · Preparing project documentation, reports, and closeout packages · Ensuring crews have the information, materials, and support required for reliable and high-quality execution · Leading by example, championing excellence, respect, integrity, quality, teamwork, and reliability . · Modeling our safety culture, following all company and regulatory safety requirements.     Experienced in project management, coordination, or construction leadership · Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities · Motivated, curious, and committed to continuous improvement · Comfortable working both in-office and on-site environments Competitive wages & RRSP program  · Comprehensive Health & Dental benefits  · Training, mentorship, and professional development  · Let’s chat
