You will build collaborative partnerships with Optometrists and healthcare providers, while also troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires familiarity with regional regulations and commitment to excellent service.

Requirements:
• Valid dedicated optician license required
• Flexible work hours and schedule needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Good listener with customer service focus
• Must be over 18 and legally entitled to work in Canada
