We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Mississauga facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production continuity, and fostering a strong safety and food safety culture. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional looking to take ownership of team leadership, preventive maintenance strategy, and operational excellence. Lead and supervise daily maintenance operations and personnel. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability. Perform and support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety standards. Manage spare parts inventory and support procurement planning. Coach, train, and mentor maintenance team members. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and maintenance reports. Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical background in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance systems. Solid understanding of Canadian occupational health and safety requirements. Trade certification (Millwright, Electrician) or technical diploma/degree preferred. Experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing is an asset. Flexibility to support evening, night, weekend, or overtime maintenance needs as required.
