About the Role The Contract Specialist plays a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates and detailed proposals, supporting contract negotiations, and drafting contract documents. Once awarded, you’ll set up contract information in internal systems, collaborate with Operations, Finance, and field teams, and ensure compliance with contract terms—including daily timesheet review and approvals. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for the mining/exploration industry, and the ability to foster productive client and internal relationships.
