NSG Pilkington seeks Production Operators eager to thrive in a unionized facility focused on high-quality automotive glass assembly. Candidates should be flexible to work Monday through Friday across all shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed. The position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and adapt to a fast-paced production environment while receiving ongoing skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machinery efficiently for glass assembly
• Prime glass surfaces for quality finishing
• Add components and repack glass products
• Support team efforts to meet production goals
• Maintain safety and efficiency standards during shifts
Requirements:
• Flexible availability for all shifts and overtime
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Willingness to work weekends when needed
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Desire to learn and grow within the union structure
