Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to children and families in their homes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with Bayshore HealthCare's standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing and current registration with the provincial licensing body
- Current CPR certification
- Clear criminal background check and negative TB test
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
