Personal Injury Lawyer – Plaintiff Side | Mid-Sized Law Firm | 2–10 Years Experience Minted Search Group recruits for over 50 top mid-sized accounting and law firms across North America. We’re working with a well-established mid-sized law firm with a strong plaintiff-side personal injury practice. The firm is looking to add a Personal Injury Lawyer with 2–10 years of experience to its growing litigation team. You’ll manage a range of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, occupiers’ liability, and long-term disability claims. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer who thrives on advocacy, client interaction, and building a strong litigation practice in a supportive, mid-sized firm setting. Motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims • Slip-and-fall and occupiers’ liability claims • Catastrophic injury and long-term disability (LTD) cases • Tort and AB litigation • Trials and appellate advocacy support Managing a caseload of plaintiff personal injury files from intake to resolution • Conducting client interviews, drafting pleadings, and preparing motion materials • Drafting settlement proposals and negotiating resolutions • Conducting legal research and preparing opinions on liability and damages • Collaborating with medical and expert witnesses • Licensed to practice law in Ontario (in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario) • 2–10 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience • Strong knowledge of Ontario personal injury law, tort principles, and SABS regime • Proven litigation skills — drafting pleadings, motions, and affidavits • trial experience an asset • Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills • Website: #
