Lead warehouse logistics for Intelcom | Dragonfly by coordinating dispatch, inventory, safety, and team performance in a shift-based setting.
This Operations Supervisor oversees shipping, receiving, dispatching, inventory management, and package processing. The position also manages Health and Safety protocols, reporting, driver check-ins, and daily task assignments. Its purpose is to support accurate, reliable last-mile delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
- Enforce safe working methods and conduct warehouse checks
- Generate route plans and confirm driver bookings
- Monitor productivity, tasks, and compliance with SOPs
- Prepare daily reports, timesheets, and operational records
Requirements:
- Ability to supervise warehouse traffic and vehicle movements
- Ability to support sorting, scanning, and package processing
- Ability to coach drivers and warehouse staff
- Ability to address complaints, damages, and lost packages
- Ability to complete data entry and accurate documentation
