Operations supervisor

Resolve work-related issues & undertake office management and administration.
Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, assigning, and disciplining employees.
Supervise, delegate, and assess the tasks of clerks involved in activities such as document preparation, record maintenance, telephone and switchboard operation, data input, desktop publishing, and other general office and administrative responsibilities Prepare and submit reports, compile data & keep track of the companys progress.
Manage the ordering and replenishment of office supplies and materials to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
Supervise & evaluate the performance of workers and provide them with constructive feedback.
Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, workplace safety protocols, and company policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with the company rules and regulations.
Perform the same clerical or administrative duties as the staff when required.
Requirements: Completion of Secondary School is required.
Post-secondary education or/and a minimum of 6 months experience in the field is required.
