Lead with Managed PBX / Unified Communications solutions - Build trusted, long-term relationships with business owners - Identify network, reliability, and security gaps that lead to IT conversations - Introduce Managed IT and cybersecurity solutions with full technical support - Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach - 2+ years of B2B sales experience (PBX, UC, SIP, telecom, or IT services preferred) - Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills - Entrepreneurial mindset and self-direction - Interest in expanding beyond telecom into Managed IT services This is a commission-based role with upfront commissions and long-term residual income from managed PBX, IT, and cybersecurity services.
