As the AVP, you will provide strategic leadership in Compliance Technology, Innovation, and Analytics. Your role involves enhancing compliance capabilities through a comprehensive roadmap that emphasizes operational risk management and AI-driven solutions. Partnering closely with internal teams, your impact will drive significant compliance improvements throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute vision for Compliance Technology strategy
• Lead transformational initiatives for enhanced compliance functionality
• Oversee Compliance technology operations and enhancements
• Implement scalable analytics and AI solutions for decision-making
• Build trusted relationships with senior compliance leaders
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in Compliance or Risk Management
• Proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
• Expertise in technology and analytics applications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
