In this leadership role, you will guide hourly associates every day, nurturing a positive environment that promotes sales excellence. Focused on team growth, you will conduct training sessions and ensure the store meets target performance. Engage in merchandising strategies while managing documentation related to staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and associate activities
• Conduct training sessions for Sales Associates
• Assist in merchandise displays to attract customers
• Ensure effective customer service protocols are followed
• Communicate product levels and project status with management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-6 months retail experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and POS systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
