Bilingual Communications Specialst

We are partnering with a well-established national organization to hire a Bilingual Communications Specialist who can confidently lead French and English external communications across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and shaping messaging for a wide, national audience. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop clear, compelling, and consistent communications in both languages. What You’ll Be Doing Creating original French and English written content across digital and print channels Supporting external communications, campaigns, and member-facing initiatives Ensuring tone and messaging are aligned across audiences Collaborating with marketing, communications, and events teams on key projects Reviewing, editing, and approving French content with accuracy and cultural nuance What We’re Looking For Strong writing ability in both French and English Experience in communications, PR, journalism, or content writing Confidence managing bilingual content end-to-end Ability to simplify information for diverse audiences Portfolio of EN/FR writing samples What’s Offered $80–90K salary (+7.5% annual incentive) Hybrid work model (3 days in office – downtown core) Wellness days, additional personal time, professional development support A collaborative, people-first environment with meaningful work If you’re a bilingual communicator who wants a role with creativity, impact, and variety, I’d love to connect.
