Our hardware operates in harsh, real-world environments, which means build quality, consistency, and attention to detail matter every single day.We are a fast-growing Calgary-based technology company, scaling production to support customers across North America.The Opportunity: Hands-On Production Role at a Growing Tech CompanyWe are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Assembler to join our Production team. This is an entry-level, full-time role focused on electronic assembly, sensor preparation, and quality control.You’ll be working hands-on with our hardware, following established SOPs, and helping ensure every unit that leaves our facility meets HazTrack’s quality and reliability standards. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants stable work, clear expectations, and the chance to develop practical technical skills.Training will be provided.What You’ll DoElectronic Assembly & Sensor PreparationPrepare and organize electronic components for assemblyAssemble tank sensors according to SOPs and quality standardsInstall firmware onto devicesUse hand tools such as cutters, crimpers, and screwdriversTesting, Quality & PackagingPerform basic functional testing on completed unitsConduct quality checks to ensure consistency and reliabilityPackage finished products and prepare materials for shipmentDocumentation & Workspace ManagementLog completed builds using Excel and internal dashboard toolsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspaceWhat We’re Looking ForThis is an entry-level role. Prior electronics experience is helpful, but not required.
