Proudly Canadian since 1945.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Insurance Advisor located in Ottawa, ON. The Associate Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing clients with insurance and financial advice, processing policy changes, managing renewals, and assisting with claims. The role also involves prospecting new clients, performing needs assessment, and delivering exceptional customer service. The advisor will work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.QualificationsInsurance and Finance skillsConsulting and Customer Service skillsExcellent Communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office applicationsLicensed insurance representative - OTL or RIBO2 Years of Experience in a financial services or insurance environment is required
