Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a Training Specialist for one of our clients.Role: Lead Consultant – Oracle EBS HRMS / Time & LaborLocation: Mississauga, ON / Calgary, ABEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Lead Consultant / SME with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Time & Labor and HRMS. This role focuses on business process consulting, solution design, implementation, and support of Oracle EBS R12.2.x applications, working closely with stakeholders and project teams to deliver value-driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business process consulting and solution design for Oracle EBS HRMS modulesAnalyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutionsConfigure, develop, and deploy Oracle EBS R12.2.x solutionsGuide project teams on processes, deliverables, and implementation strategySupport proposals, client training, and internal capability buildingParticipate in testing phases including SIT, UAT, and CRPRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent7+ years of IT experience2–3 full life-cycle implementations in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMSStrong expertise in:Oracle Time & LaborOracle PayrollOracle Core HRExperience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x implementations and integrationsBackground working with Services industry organizationsAuthorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship available)Preferred Qualifications10+ years of IT experienceKnowledge of Oracle HR / Workday integrationsExperience with Benefits, Absence Management, and Payroll interfacesFamiliarity with Oracle Global View, Celergo, Smart RecruitersExperience with data migration, third-party integrations, and Oracle Custom ReportsStrong understanding of Oracle Unified Method (OUM)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsOur Commitment to Diversity and InclusionAvanciers Incorporated is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace.
