In this role you will be managing a portfolio of accounts and supporting clients with their personal insurance needs.Position open to: Toronto, Mississauga, Whitby, Kitchener, Orillia, Peterborough, or Lindsay branchPrimary ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive, expert service to clientsCollaborate closely with producers and insurance partnersManage renewals and process endorsements efficientlyAssess risk exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutionsGuide clients through the claims process with confidence and carePrepare insurance applications, proposals, and documentationKnowledge, Skills, and RequirementsActive RIBO license in good standing (required)3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experienceTechnical & Analytical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)Experience with EPIC, Compu-Quote, and broker portals considered an assetInterpersonal SkillsA collaborative team player with a strong work ethicExcellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skillsStrong commitment to professionalism and delivering expert service to clientsWhy Join UsWe offer an attractive compensation package and commission incentives.
