Vice President of Human ResourcesWe are seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to lead our client’s people strategy and oversee all aspects of the HR function for this large and growing organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the VP of HR will play a critical role in shaping company culture, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring they attract, retain, and develop top talent.Key Responsibilities: You’ll lead a cutting-edge HR strategy that fuels our client’s mission to lead and innovate. You’ll ignite employee growth through innovative learning programs, from leadership labs to tailored career pathways. As a mentor, you’ll inspire a top-notch HR team to push boundaries and deliver impact. Using data-driven insights, you’ll shape workforce planning, guide organizational transformation, and cultivate a high-energy culture of collaboration and excellence. Finally, you’ll spearhead talent acquisition to bring in game-changers, craft competitive and imaginative compensation and benefits programs, and foster a workplace as diverse as it is dynamic. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role at a large organization. Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results. Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices. Demonstrated leadership in change management and organizational developmentExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience leading DEIB initiatives and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics, and HR technology trends.
