POSITION INFORMATION:DescriptionOur client is looking for a Drilling, Completions and Interventions Engineering Technologist to support their well work scopes on the their subsea field. They will support the design and safe execution of well Drilling, Completion, and Intervention activities, in a manner consistent with the their Well Delivery processes to meet the business objectives They will assist in writing technically rigorous, safe, regulatory compliant and efficient detailed operating procedures for use in the fieldSummary of ResponsibilitiesKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:The Drilling, Completions & Interventions Technologist will be responsible for; Assist in the preparation of Drilling, Completion, and Intervention programs in line with Suncor well delivery project modelMaintain and update Wellbore Diagrams and Completions/Intervention schematics Track and report on key performance indicators for all operationsEnsure compliance with regulatory and safety standardsCollate required information for submittal of ACW’s and ADW’sTrack completion of operations and generate end-of-well reportsInterface with vendors for equipment readiness and QA/QCMaintain well files, databases, and digital recordsGenerate daily reports, lookbacks, and post-job summariesSupport real-time data monitoring and troubleshootingEnsure data integrity across drilling, completions, and intervention phasesParticipate in risk assessments, DWOPs (Drill Well on Paper), and CWOPs (Complete Well on Paper)Support cost tracking and AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) reconciliationAssist in the development of detailed operating procedures (DOPs)Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (Subsurface, HSE, logistics, Finance, etc.)If required, travel offshore and assist in oversight of well operationsAssist with the creation and management of SOW (Statements of Work) in SAP FieldglassMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 10 years of relevant Oil Field Experience preferably in offshore Drilling, Completions and InterventionsEngineering Technology Diploma Familiarity with Oil and Gas fundamentals and willingness to learn about the well construction processRobust Knowledge of MS Office applications and SharePoint development including working knowledge of Power BIExceptional time management skills, ability to effectively manage competing demandsSelf Starter with the ability to work independently or in a large team environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong understanding of well design, schematics, downhole tools and service equipmentProficiency in well design software (e.g., WellView, Landmark, WellPlan etc.)Proficiency in Fieldglass and SAP
