Project Coordinator

OverviewWe are in search for a project coordinator for a growing successful fabrication company servicing the construction industry. The successful candidate will perform the following responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor project schedules, deliveries, production timelinesPrepare and distribute RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change ordersCommunicate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to relay project updatesTrack material orders and ensure on time purchasing in line with project needsMaintain project records and documentation for complianceSupport field crews with drawings, schedules, and logisticsAssist Project Managers in preparing budgets, reports, and close-out documentationAttend meetings as required, site and in officeExcellent opportunity to contribute, grow, and learn with a great organization.Compensation will be in the 70-80k per year range plus benefits based on relevant experience and candidate attributes.Apply today if you meet the listed criteria.Requirements3+ years of experience of project co-ordination in construction Formal education in materials engineering and/or knowledge of metals Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret structural drawings and fabrication documentsPreference to knowledge/experience with structural steelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience with project management or fabrication softwareLegally entitled to work for any employer in Canada on a permanent basisFluent in verbal and written English
