Our mission statement is simple: “Always make the right decision for the Customer.” Our people make this mission a reality – powered by their diverse backgrounds and experiences.We are seeking an Oracle EPM Cloud Principal Consultant who is passionate about delivering transformation and change for our Cloud Solutions customers, and to join a growing dynamic consulting company.Responsibilities:Understands client stakeholder goals and objectives to visualize what success looks likeDefines the scope necessary to achieve client goals and objectivesEstimates the work effort, time and resources required to deliver the defined scopeHelps client align their business with Oracle’s leading industry processesProvides Cloud delivery content for project plan and provides regular updatesEffectively communicates with clients up to and including the C-suitePartners with clients to design and create prototypes on Oracle Cloud (understanding and communicating options and decision rationale)Configures, documents and tests Oracle Cloud solutions, recording appropriate Oracle service requests and working them to closureIdentifies risks, evaluate options, and recommend and execute the remediations to avoid project roadblocksCoaches and leads client and ArcLight project resources to complete their tasks with qualityEstablishes personal brand by meeting or exceeding commitments for schedule and qualityContinuously improves ArcLight’s delivery model and assets to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiencyGrows skills to encompass a broader understanding of Oracle Cloud, and the sales and delivery processesDeepens knowledge and skills in software industry trends, our customer’s industry, and the latest Oracle modules and featuresAchieves and maintains Oracle Implementation certificationsQualifications:Must have at least 7 years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM solutions such as Fusion and HyperionMust have at least 4 years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Financial Consolidation and Close, Planning and Budgeting, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, and Profitability and Cost ManagementMust have at least 3 years of implementation experience with EssbaseExperience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with its Financials and HCM modulesExperience with Oracle PBCS modules: financials, workforce, capital projectsKnowledge of FP&A, financial close, and/or planning/forecasting business processesProject management experience planning implementation activities for Oracle Cloud solutionsFunctional experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud with direct customer interactions. Hands-on activities you performed included facilitating design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud following Oracle best practices, identifying application gaps, providing, and evaluating recommendations to address gaps, completing functional designs, providing Oracle Cloud process guidance and training, and test plans and executionProvides overall implementation support with presenting complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, bug fixes, customer support. Communicate process and application trade-offs and recommendations for specific customer requirements and user storiesWants to work in a creative problem-solving environment with an attention to detailOracle Certifications in EPM modulesBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or its equivalentAble to effectively work in a remote model with customers and peersWilling to travel up to 25% of the time. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretional annual or quarterly bonus.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and be able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire.
