Ahria Consulting is delighted to be partnering with Miconex, in their search for a new Senior Client Growth Manager.About MiconexMiconex is the leading provider of local multi‑choice Gift Card programs, working in partnership with downtowns, cities, and regions in Canada and the USA (as well as in UK, the company’s home, and Ireland) to create place‑based payment solutions that increase local spend and strengthen communities.Miconex’s mission is simple: providing communities with a tangible means to retain spend in their local area by diverting spend back into local businesses of all types and sizes, helping people to explore the places where they live and work, and positively connect with their community.Purpose of the RoleFind growth opportunities in existing programs with clients, while developing new relationships with Business Improvement Associations (BIAs) across Canada and the USA.Develop new strategies to promote sales growth by leveraging Miconex products and provide feedback to help address gaps in offerings.Utilize commercial acumen and interpersonal skills to take Gift Card sales growth to the next level.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Discover, develop, maintain, and grow existing and new client relationships via growth plans and promotion of Miconex products.Sales Growth: Work to drive uptake of additional products by providing tailored education to clients on the benefits of Miconex offerings and services.Strategy: Work with the Management Team to provide feedback on existing strategies and processes, while building business cases for new initiatives to facilitate growth and improvement.Reporting: Stay up to date on monthly, quarterly, and yearly client reports to ensure renewals and forecasting accuracy.What You BringA degree level education or equivalent qualification.Proven ability to deploy a commercial growth strategy with clients in the fintech or payment services industry.An analytical thinking approachFlexibility and agility in the face of ambiguity.Driver’s license to attend client meetings, conferences, and networking events as required.Who You AreA strong collaborator within the business, with external partners, and with organizations.A consistent source of high energy and presence at work, inspiring others to succeed.A problem solver who prioritizes operational excellence via process improvement and planning.An autonomous professional with the ability to work productively across time zones and cultures.For more information about Miconex and the role, please visit here.How to ApplyIf this sounds like you, apply today and join Miconex’s pursuit to be the industry leader in Gift Card programs.
