The Position:

We are actively seeking a mechanical designer to join our growing location in Edmonton, Alberta.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Provide the coordination, verification, and design of mechanical building systems in various sectors (multi-family residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Design mechanical building systems.
  • Work closely with engineers to provide solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Understand and implement personal and company safety by adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Assist in preparing, calculating, engineering, and designing drawings and specifications.
  • Supervise, monitor, and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects.

What You Bring:

  • A Diploma/ degree in mechanical engineering, design, or technology.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required.
  • Experience designing multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A natural self-starter with the ability to prioritize, self-schedule, meet tight deadlines, and work with colleagues from various departments, market sectors, and locations.
