This role acts as a trusted Talent Advisor, managing end-to-end recruitment activities for complex, business-critical roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full lifecycle recruitment for a high-volume, multi-line portfolio (claims and advisor roles)Act as a strategic Talent Advisor, providing market insights, talent recommendations, and hiring guidanceDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidate pipelinesPartner closely with hiring managers to deliver against timelines, SLAs, and compliance frameworksMaintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform hiring decisionsEnsure a positive and consistent hiring manager and candidate experienceCollaborate with HR partners and internal stakeholders to support current and future talent needsPromote employer brand through professional networks and recruiting platformsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (corporate and/or agency)Experience supporting complex recruitment portfolios across multiple lines of businessProven executive-level stakeholder exposure and strong business acumenExcellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skillsAbility to manage high volumes while meeting strict timelines and compliance requirementsPreferred QualificationsFinancial services or banking recruitment experienceCall centre or insurance recruitment exposureExperience using Workday (HRIS)Bilingualism (French/English)
