E-commerce Operations Co-ordinator

Job Summary:Crescendo Sales is a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Kitchener, ON, doubling in size each year. Founded by recent University of Waterloo and Guelph alumni, we’re a small, ambitious team looking for a highly organized, proactive individual to help keep our operational engine running smoothly.As our E-commerce Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring day-to-day workflows stay on track across Amazon operations, reporting, supplier communication, logistics, and internal team coordination. You’ll handle a mix of digital tasks, cross-team communication, and occasional in-person operational work, making sure ongoing projects progress without bottlenecks.This position is ideal for someone who is naturally organized, comfortable managing many moving parts, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
