Our continued growth is driven by innovation, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to our customers and partners worldwide.Role SummaryAgrocrop Exports Ltd. is seeking an Inbound Logistics Coordinator who enjoys connecting with people and ensuring a seamless customer experience. In this role, you’ll help coordinate international orders, prepare the necessary documentation, and make sure everything runs smoothly from our facility to destinations around the world. You’ll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, providing timely updates and solutions with a friendly, professional touch. Working closely with teams in Planning, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Plant Operations, you’ll play an important part in delivering the quality and service Agrocrop is known for.This role reports to Supervisor, Order Fulfillment and collaborates with Planning, Quality Assurance, Plant Manager and Supply Chain team members.What you will be doing?Receive customer orders and enter them accurately into the systemCheck product availability and notify customers of any discrepancies, such as shortages or shipment delaysReview inventory levels and respond promptly to customer inquiriesPlan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules, updating the shipping schedule as needed·Arrange Phytosanitary Certificates in coordination with the QA teamPrepare pick lists and ensure all orders are shipped as scheduledPrepare and distribute Customs Invoices and related documentationFile hard copies of key documents (Invoices, Bills of Lading, Picking Sheets, POs, and Customs Invoices) by customer for company recordsLiaise with freight forwarders to coordinate shipments, including pricing, scheduling, quote comparisons, and contractsMaintain and update CHEP pallet records and post information on the CHEP Pallets websiteMonitor cross-border shipments, check FDA status, and keep customers informedIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and serviceGreet guests and notify relevant team members upon their arrivalQualifications2+ years’ proven working experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing or in a related positionWorking knowledge of MS Suite – especially in Excel and ERP systemsExperience with MS Power BI is an assetDiploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Inventory ManagementManufacturing experience is an assetWhat are we looking for?You thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothlyYou’re reliable and accountable, working closely with teammates to solve challenges togetherYou have strong communication skills and can explain information clearly and confidentlyYou’re a team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting othersYou’re organized, personable, and proactive, staying on top of tasks while keeping a positive attitudeYou pay attention to details, learn quickly, and think on your feetYou’re passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating positive experiences for clientsBenefitsPaid time offVision careDental careLife insuranceEmployee assistance programCasual dressExtended health careCompany eventsOn-site parkingAgrocrop Exports Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
