About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic results-oriented Director, Sales to drive revenue growth for EnStream in Quebec and other parts of Canada. Based in Montreal, this role is responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new high-value clients. What You’ll DoDeliver Revenue GrowthOwn a personal revenue quota; consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand share of wallet with existing clients.Account ManagementLead, manage, and grow strategic relationships with existing EnStream clients in Québec as well as across Canada as required. Proactively identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.Leverage and expand relationships with C-Suite and senior decision makers at top Quebec clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Negotiate new contracts and renewal agreements.New Business DevelopmentIdentify, qualify, and secure new client opportunities within target sectors (financial services, insurance, government, telecom, other).Build a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, industry events, referrals and direct prospecting.Market Intelligence and StrategyStay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to position EnStream solutions effectively.Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to shape offerings and improve go-to-market effectiveness.Forecasting and ReportingMaintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) data, pipeline forecasts, and account plans.Present regular updates to senior leadership on performance against targets. What You BringBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA an asset).Knowledge of identity, authentication and fraud a significant asset8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years managing key accounts or enterprise customers in technology, financial services, or telecom. Proven success in both account management and new business development. Strong “hunter” mentality.Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) required.Strong existing relationships with top Financial Services organizations in Québec a significant asset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
