Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee safety, quality, environment protection of site
  • Supervising crews on large excavation projects
  • Properly reading schematic/drawings
  • Tracking materials, labour, equipment time
  • Training team members
  • Collaborating with site super to ensure upcoming project needs are met proactively
  • Directing site team on the ground


Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years experience civil construction site team supervision
  • Safety acumen and ability to ensure onsite safety protocol
  • Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and ability to commute to site in Lower Mainland, BC
  • Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
  • Ability to use tracking software
  • Physically fit and able to work on civil construction sites
  • Fluent in verbal and written English


Offer:


105-110k per year range depending on relevant experience, plus pension and excellent benefits, available paid overtime.
