Role Description This is a part-time remote role located in Canada for a Research Analyst.The Research Analyst will conduct in-depth research, analyze data, update databases, and create reports/content on Indigenous participation in the energy and resource sectors. Responsibilities include gathering, organizing, and interpreting datasets, conducting market research, and preparing insights that support stakeholders. The Analyst will collaborate with the research manager to develop research content and provide relevant recommendations based on analysis. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting Research and Market Research to gather and analyze relevant dataStrong Analytical Skills and expertise in interpreting complex datasetsExperience in applying Statistics in data analysis to derive actionable insightsExcellent Communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing deadlinesEducational background in Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related fieldFamiliarity with Indigenous governance, energy, or resource sectors is an asset1-2 years minimum work experience is preferredFollow our page to stay up to date on job status and postings and other IEM updates.
