You will support the Brand and Design Manager in producing high quality creative assets for retail, packaging, email, e-commerce, social media, events, and community activations. This role is perfect for someone who loves movement, wellness, storytelling, and is excited to grow inside a high energy consumer brand.What You Will DoWebsite and E-commerceOwn and create design improvements across the WakeWater website and e-commerce experienceDesign homepage updates, collection pages, banners, and promotional modulesSupport conversion focused improvements through layout, hierarchy, and visual storytellingCreate assets for product launches, promos, bundles, and seasonal campaignsCollaborate with marketing and e-commerce to test and iterate on site improvementsPackagingSupport packaging design across new innovation, brand refreshes, and seasonal or limited releasesDevelop concepts and iterations for new flavours and new SKUs within WakeWater Energy and WakeWater ElectrolytesWork through technical requirements such as dielines, bilingual compliance, nutrition panels, and print ready filesBring a strong iterative process to packaging, exploring variations, testing hierarchy, and refining based on feedbackCollaborate with the Marketing and Design Manager to evolve packaging systems that scale across future product linesBrand and CreativeDesign and adapt assets for social media including static posts, carousels, story templates, Reels thumbnails, TikTok cover frames, and GIFsWork within WakeWater brand guidelines and visual systemsContribute to concepting for campaigns, ambassador content, and paid mediaDigital, Retail, and AdsProduce high volume ad creative for Meta, TikTok, and Amazon while maintaining consistency and performance focusDesign email banners and Klaviyo assetsPrepare files for print and understand technical specs for vendorsVideo and MotionEdit short form video content for paid ads and social platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Meta placementsAdapt existing footage into multiple video variations optimized for performance, pacing, and platform best practicesAdd basic motion, text overlays, transitions, and sound to bring static assets to lifeResize, version, and export videos across formats for ads, social, and e-commerceCollaborate with the Brand and Design Manager to iterate on video creative based on performance and feedbackContent and ProductionSupport shot lists, on set needs, and asset organizationAssist with workflow improvements and internal creative systemsWhat You BringStrong design fundamentals including layout, typography, colour, and compositionProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop)Ability to work quickly, adapt on the fly, and respond to immediate requests without sacrificing qualityInnovative mindset with a passion for iteration, especially for packaging designStrong ability to give and receive feedback and participate in critique sessionsComfort producing a high volume of ads creative in fast timelinesInterest in wellness, movement, sport, and community cultureA portfolio that shows clean design, brand sensitivity, and social media workVideo editing knowledge is a plusExperience with Canva for quick turn assetsWho You AreAdaptable, collaborative, and excited by fast moving environmentsObsessed with great design and brand storytellingComfortable managing multiple projects at oncePositive, solution oriented, and always looking to level up your workPassionate about building a Canadian brand that inspires people to moveWhy Join WakeWaterBe part of a small, energetic team where your work has real impactOpportunity to grow in your career as the brand expands across Canada and the USAccess to events, community activations, and partnerships with run clubs, gyms, and sports organizationsA culture focused on movement, creativity, and learning
