This hybrid technical and client-facing position is responsible for architecting, customizing, and deploying enterprise AI search solutions in complex customer environments.Depending on your level of experience, you may contribute as a key technical consultant or act as a senior lead on strategic implementations—designing solutions, guiding clients through integration, and ensuring long-term adoption and success.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & ImplementationDesign, deploy, and customize secure, scalable search solutions tailored to client requirementsBuild and configure data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and backend integrationsImplement AI-powered assistants, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering strategiesCustomize and extend platform UX and UI based on customer needsClient Engagement & EnablementAct as a trusted technical advisor during all phases of the implementation lifecyclePresent technical solutions to executive and stakeholder audiencesLead workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives with client teamsProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enablementCollaboration & LeadershipPartner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to deliver high-impact outcomesFor senior-level candidates: mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practicesParticipate in roadmap planning and internal knowledge-sharing initiativesKey Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field6+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or customer-facing engineering rolesHands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, or similar)1+ year of frontend experience with Angular, TypeScript, or ReactStrong knowledge of REST APIs, backend integration, Git, and CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with enterprise architecture, identity/security protocols, and Microsoft environmentsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholdersBilingual fluency in English and French (written and oral) – required for reviewing financial statements in both languages and translating between themBonus PointsExperience implementing enterprise search platformsFamiliarity with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or RAGExposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, or knowledge graphsExperience working in regulated industries or with data governance/compliance frameworks
