Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Specialist to join our personal care client on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations and supporting the growth of Amazon. This role reports to the Ecommerce Manager and will be a key member of the ecommerce department, sharing insights, leveraging data, and liaising with key counterparts across the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in Seller Central and its capabilities within the platform.
  • Manage the portfolio through the FBA program, listing new innovations, and delisting products.
  • Support compliance issues by managing ongoing fixes, including working with operations for supporting documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and updated database of products, capturing data within master files.
  • Support the distribution and operations team through ongoing weekly inventory optimizations.
  • Manage the monthly advertising budget by optimizing campaigns and monitoring spend, sales, and ROAS. Support Amazon’s key event calendar through strategic plans to enhance presence.
  • Optimize listings through adequate categorization and ongoing keyword analysis.
  • Support growth hacking by monitoring sales trends, order volumes, and sharing insights.
  • Promptly address customer satisfaction issues and proactively develop our goodwill process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, distribution, finance, and US counterparts.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of direct Amazon FBA experience.
  • ERP experience.
  • Previous category and inventory management experience.
  • Resourceful and creative in troubleshooting sometimes complex issues.
  • Proficient with data platforms and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and sales-focused mindset.
  • Organized, with a strong work ethic and self-driven.
  • A collaborator and true team player, ready and willing to support the organization when necessary.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience with Shopify Plus.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
