Territory Sales ManagerOverviewThe Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and executing a disciplined sales strategy within an assigned geographic territory. This role focuses on prospecting, product demonstrations, relationship building, and closing new business with medical and aesthetic professionals. You will own the full sales cycle and play a key role in expanding the company’s presence and reputation in your region.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed assigned sales quota within a defined territoryGenerate new business through in-person and phone based prospectingManage leads through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closeDeliver compelling product demonstrations and presentationsBuild strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, OB/GYNs, urologists, and private practice physiciansAddress objections confidently and convert opportunities into closed salesCross-sell products and leverage internal clinical and partner resources to maximize territory performanceRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and conventionsMaintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in SalesforceCollaborate with internal sales partners to share best practices and support team goalsWhat You BringProven ability to thrive in a fast paced, high activity sales environmentResilience, persistence, and comfort handling rejectionStrong communication and presentation skillsHigh level of organization with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesTechnical aptitude and ability to retain and apply complex product knowledgeQualificationsHigh school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices or capital equipmentExperience in medical, surgical, laser, or aesthetic device sales strongly preferredTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsTechnical SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookSalesforce or CRM experience preferredRole DetailsRemote based role with significant field presenceApproximately 60 percent travel within the assigned territoryRegular work in medical offices, clinics, and spasAbility to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionallyAdditional InformationThis role does not have direct reports but may support peer mentoringAuthorization to work in the United States is required
