Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Floorhand to join our team. As a Floorhand, you will be responsible for assisting in the drilling and service operations on our rigs. This is a seasonal position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the drilling and service operations on our rigs, including manipulating sections of pipes and drill stems, handling and sorting drill pipes and tools, and cleaning up rig areas.
  • Assist in setting up, taking down, and transporting drilling and service rigs and service equipment.
  • Drive trucks to transport materials and well service equipment.
  • Work in a team environment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Oil Sands Safety Association (OSSA) basic safety orientation (BSO) certification.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate.
  • Rig Worker Fall Protection certification.
  • Standard First Aid Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
