Server - Food and Beverage Services Professional

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Red Radish Caterer Ltd. as a key member of our food and beverage services team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, balancing sales and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train other servers and bussing staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Enforce liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring a safe and responsible environment for all patrons.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized support and attention.
- Participate in scheduling and staff management, ensuring efficient service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
