EXL Service is seeking self-directed independent contractors to work as Commercial Insurance Inspectors. As a key business partner to commercial and personal line insurance carriers, EXL offers a variety of field inspection and risk control services to support underwriting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct on-site surveys to assess businesses for potential loss-producing conditions
  • Provide risk control reports to insurance industry clients, including recommendations to control and/or correct potential loss-producing conditions
  • Manage assignments, secure customer appointments, and complete work assignments on time

About the Business

Our clients operate a range of commercial businesses, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments, construction sites, churches, and schools. As a Commercial Insurance Inspector, you will evaluate these businesses to identify hazards and improve safety, mitigating risk for our insurance company clients.

Requirements:

  • Digital camera

  • High-speed internet access

  • Measuring device (laser, 100 ft. tape, or measuring wheel)
